  I have fibromyalgia (or so the doctors say), and I used to be a patient at Ohio Pain and Rehab, founded by Dr. Pelligrino. That is where I first tried TyH "Fibro-Care" magnesium supplements. They are now a part of my daily routine, and will be for forever! I can stretch my body again without agonizing muscle spasms! At first I didn't think they helped, but the process of trial-and-error taught me that I just hadn't been taking enough at first. I use 6 tablets daily, and if my muscles feel "twitchy", I increase it to 8.
  
  I also have to commend the customer service. Never before has a company spontaneously called me to introduce themselves and greet me as a new customer! We had a lovely conversation. Shipment is very fast, and orders are filled promptly and correctly. Every order comes with a very informative magazine that I read cover-to-cover.
  
  I have recommended To Your Health products to many, many people - friends, family, and even social media friends. For the price (which I think is very low compared to other supplements on the market), these products cannot be beat. They are superior to every other supplement I have ever tried. They actually "do something". I just recommended TyH to someone today! I will be a customer for as long as TyH exists!
